Kate is passionate about property and spends half her time working as a consultant in the property industry, with the other half  split between helping people carry out property projects and working with property companies to increase their business. 

Most property experts tend to have quite a narrow field of expertise, however Kate works right across the residential property sector via company consulting projects and speaking live to both industry and consumer audiences, is regularly featured on BBC Radio and writes for 4Homes. Kate has also written six books on property, including four for Which? and produces specialist ‘Property Packs’ covering all sectors of the property market.
